He has been working with the institute as an Assistant Professor for 14.5 years and heading the institute as a Director. During this tenure he has served the role of administration head, academics head, and other profiles of the institute.

He has industry experience of 3 years with leading hotel brand in Mumbai and Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. In terms of research, he has an Indian Patent in his name in the stream of Customer Relationship Management, several publications in international and national journals and has attended many international and national conferences with paper presentations. He is also the Chairman for the Board of Studies in Hotel Management, Member of Board of University Teaching and Research under the Faculty of Management and Commerce and an invitee member for the Academic Council of MGM University.

Dr. Rupesh Bhavsar is serving as an Assistant Professor of Food Production in IHM with a Ph.D. in Management Science from BAMU and SET certification from Savitribai Phule Pune University. Additionally, he holds a BHMCT degree, BETC HND, and advanced diplomas in hotel management and business from reputed institutions in India and the UK.

Apart from that he is also the co-ordinator of institute's Training & Placement department. With over a decade of experience in academia, Dr. Bhavsar has published several research papers focusing on sustainable agriculture, food hygiene, and disaster management. His professional experience includes the proprietorship of a family restaurant and various chef roles at prestigious venues like Wembley Stadium, UK and Novotel London Excel.

Ph.D. in Hotel Management, M.Sc. in Hotel Management, B.Sc. in Hospitality Management

Dr. Pushpa Gore is working with IHM as an Assistant Professor, heading the Front Office department for more than a decade. She has done PhD in Hotel Management, M.Sc. Hotel Management, and B.Sc in Hospitality Management.

In addition to this she is also handling the Academic Section of the institute as an Academic Coordinator. She has industry experience of 3 years with leading hotel brand Welcome Group ITC Hotel, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. In terms of research, she has an Indian Patent in her name in the stream of Customer Relationship Management, several publications in international and national journals and has attended many International and National conferences with paper presentations. Apart from this she is a certified Lead Auditor for ISO Quality Management System and also the Environment Management Representative for ISO 14001:2015. She is actively involved in academic initiatives meant towards creating a consistent learning environment for our students.

Ph.D., M.Phil in Management science, Masters in Management Science

Dr. Aarohi Shrikant Zade is working as an Assistant Professor of Housekeeping subject in IHM from last 9 years. She has now completed her Ph.D from MGM university itself.

She has completed M.Phil and Post graduation in Management Science from BAMU University.

Additionally she is handling the Training & Placement department of IHM. Ms. Aarohi has 15 years of academic experience and 2.5 years of industry experience in the reputed institutions and in hotels. She has published many research papers in national and international journals indexed in Scopus. In MGMU-IHM she is taking care of training and placement as well as and sharing her valuable experience with our students for holistic development. She has received many awards and recognition during her academic tenure. She is coaching & mentoring students to be future leaders in the hospitality fraternity.

Chef Vaibhav Joshi has been serving as an Assistant Professor in IHM for the past three years, contributing to Food Production Operation Module, blending his passion with a commitment to deliver authentic culinary education. He is currently pursuing PhD from MGM University. He holds MBA degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management, B.Com, and B.Sc. in Hospitality Studies and Catering Services.

Apart from that he is taking care of the NSS activities, and also he is the Open Elective coordinator. He has more than three years of hands-on experience in the culinary departments of top hotels. Chef Joshi brings a wealth of practical knowledge and industry insights to his students.

Ms. Bidisha Roy is an Assistant Professor and heading the of F & B Service in Institute of Hotel Management for last one and half years, Presently she is pursuing PhD in Tourism & Hospitality from Assam Down Town University, Guwahati, India. She also holds MBA in Tourism and Hotel Management from Bharathiar University, Coimbatore, and Bachelor in Hotel Management from Guru Nanak Institute's Hotel Management, Kolkata, India. Her expertise is in F & B Service, Tourism.

Apart from that she is handling the NIRF activities of institute. She possess 2 years of industry and 12 years of academic experience. In her long academic career she has international and national patents, copyrights, attended International conferences with paper presentations, many book chapters and several research papers published under Scopus, Web of Science are viably noticeable in her basket. She is a member of “Chef Choice” Association. Her research areas are - Tourism, Ecotourism, Sustainable Gastronomy, New trends in tourism marketing. Some other projects are also there in the pipeline, ready to contribute for the world of research fraternity.

Dr. Sindhu Sangule is working as an Admin Assistant in Institute of Hotel Management. She has completed her PhD in Hindi literature form Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University Aurangabad, M.A.(Hindi) in the year 2013 at Matsyodari Shikshan Sanstha's Ankushrao Tope College, Jalna and B. Ed from Mahatma Gandhi College of Education.

She has more than five and half years of experience in administrative roles. She is handling students' data, coordinating meetings and various administrative responsibilities with accuracy. Her proactive approach and ability to handle multiple tasks in high-pressure situations along with advanced skills in office software and productive work environments have made her an essential part of the IHM team.

(Pursuing Ph.D., Masters in Library and Information Science, Bachelor in Arts)

Mrs. Bhagyashree S. Mathdevaru is working in Institute of Hotel Management, for the last five years as a librarian in Library and Information Science. She is pursuing her PhD in Library Science from MGM University itself. She has completed her Masters in Library and Information Science, and Bachelor degree in Arts from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar.

Apart from that, she has published three research papers in national and international journals. Her areas of interest are in library and information management, computerization of library information services and web-based library services. She is also the Secretary of the NDLI Club at the Institute level. She is heading the Library Committee of the Institute and also a member of the University Library Committee.

Dr. Kevin Nawgiri is working as an Assistant Professor of Food & Beverage Service in IHM. Presently he is a PhD in Hospitality Management from MGM University, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, India. He pursued MBA - Hospitality Management from Switzerland, MSc in Tourism & Hospitality Management from Madurai Kamaraj University. M.A. in English and Bachelor in Hotel Management & Catering Technology from University of Pune.

Additionally he is the coordinator of institute's Sports and co-curricular activities. He started his career working with the Trident Mumbai under Oberoi Group of hotels and holds 7 years of industry and 7 years of academic experience. He has also published many research papers in different International journals.

(Pursuing PhD, M.Sc in Nutritional Science, B.Sc. HOCS)

Ms. Saanjjhi is an Assistant Professor in the Hotel Management department in IHM where they bring a passion for Hotel Management and Aviation towards a dedication fostering intellectual curiosity in their students. She is pursuing Ph.D. and has completed her Masters in Nutritional Sciences & Dietetics along with her successful dissertation and research in Community Nutrition.

Outside of academia, Ms. Bobariya herself is an entrepreneur. In terms of experience she has worked with well know brand Hotels, Hospitals as well as with Airlines.

B.Sc. HOCS

Ms. Aishwarya Thavare is working as an Administration Executive at Institute of Hotel Management with a background in hotel management and over three years of experience in the industry.

She has working experience with reputed travel agencies. Additionally, she has teaching experience, further enriching their expertise in the field. Apart from that Ms. Aishwarya is passionate about managing and handling backend operations, ensuring smooth administrative processes.

MBA, B.SC

Ms. Bushra Khan working in IHM as an Assistant Professor for Aviation Department. She has done Masters in Business Administration specializing in Human Resources Management and holding Bachelor's Degree in Science.

She has experience of the Aviation industry with multinational airlines like Jet airways, Indigo and Qatar airways. She specializes in key areas like operations management, In-flight safety and customer handling.

She has been certified in DGR training, Customer Service, Passport and Visa documentation, MHB, Basic AVSEC and Advanced DCS by various organizations in the Airlines industry.

She fosters a collaborative learning environment and aims to shape the future leaders of the Aviation Industry by combining Academic excellence with practical industry insights.

Pursuing MTTM, B.Sc. HSCS

Chef Gopal is an Assistant Professor at Hotel Management Department in IHM. He has a B.Sc. in Hospitality Studies and Catering Services and a Master's degree in Tourism and Travel Management. Looking at the Experience in Bakery and Patisserie, Chef Gopal has more than four years of experience at renowned hotels of Maharashtra.

His commitment in providing genuine instruction in baking and cooking is a reflection of his love for the trade.

He has extensive practical knowledge and valuable industry insights to enrich his students' learning experience. He is professionally trained in the detailed skills of bakery and has a perfection over desserts and confectionary products.

(MBA | BBA | Diploma in Event Management)

Rubal Singh Khunger is an accomplished event professional and an academician at IHM, with a strong academic background in business and event management. He has managed large-scale events such as Sunburn, Supersonic, Coldplay, Lollapalooza, and major sporting leagues like the IPL, ISL, and Pro Kabaddi. His expertise also extends to the entertainment industry, having worked on acclaimed projects with Excel Entertainment including Gully Boy, Mirzapur, Fukrey, and Madgaon Express. Rubal combines real-world experience with academic insight to mentor future leaders in the event and entertainment industry.

B.Sc Hotel Management Catering Science

Ms. Tanushree Patil is working in the Hotel management institute as a Lab Assistant. She has completed her B.Sc. in Hotel Management and Catering Science. She is pursuing her MBA in Human Resource. She has worked with a well known chain of hotels as a part of her Academic Internship.

In the field of industry, she has 1 year experience in the retail sector.She has an interest in managing the overall operations ensuring safety and compliance with regulatory standards.
