The course structure of the Diploma in Event Management at MGM University, Institute of Hotel Management (IHM) is designed keeping in view the dynamic and evolving nature of the events industry. The program aims to develop skilled professionals equipped to handle various facets of event planning and execution with confidence and creativity. Consequently, certain essential features of this model program structure would be:-To impart to the students the latest and industry-relevant knowledge in event planning, coordination, logistics, marketing, budgeting, and client servicing.-Providing practical opportunities to participants, both within and outside the institute, to gain hands-on experience through live projects, internships, workshops, and collaborations with professionals and organizations in the events sector. -Imparting and developing the right set of professional attitudes, communication skills, and problem-solving capabilities necessary to function effectively in event management roles at operational, managerial, and entrepreneurial levels.
